Terms of Service

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep your sign-in details secure.

3.2 Age Requirements: Users under 13 may need verified parental consent. Users ages 13–17 must have permission where required by law or platform rules.

3.3 Account Termination: We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service, break these terms, or create unsafe content.

4.1 Your Ideas and Materials: You keep ownership of the ideas, notes, references, and other materials you submit to describe what you want made.

4.2 License to Operate the Service: By submitting those materials, you give RoBuilder permission to review, modify, transform, test, and package them as needed to operate the Service, complete staff review, and publish approved work through the company-controlled workflow.

4.3 RoBuilder Property: The Service itself, including its software, workflows, brand, and platform systems, remains the property of RoBuilder.

5.1 Revenue Share: If you agree to monetization and an approved creation earns revenue, forty percent (40%) of eligible revenue is credited to your RoBuilder account.

5.2 Payout Options: Where available, credited earnings may be moved to supported payout options such as Stripe or PayPal, subject to identity, compliance, and payment checks.

5.3 Platform Deductions: Revenue share is based on money actually received after platform fees, payment fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or other required deductions.

6.1 Free Access: The free tier includes 5 credits every 4 hours.

6.2 Paid Plans: Builder is $20 per month with 40 credits. Creator is $35 per month with 100 credits. Studio is $60 per month with 250 credits.

6.3 Add-on Credits: Add-on credits cost $0.50 each with a $10 minimum purchase.

6.4 Billing: Subscription and add-on credit purchases are generally non-refundable once they have been granted or used, except where law requires otherwise.
